I was surprised at the “unprofessional” packaging as it arrived inside a box…however, it was bunched up in a plastic bag like a ball and taped up with marker writing so the bag. Being a former business owner of to retail stores myself, I would never sent any of my product out looking the way this one arrived! More professionalness in this matter highly recommended.
