Didnt work could I get my money back

I like it that Im finally able to use a computer that Ive had for two years.

It worked as advertise but can see it being a bit harder to use for those who are not comfortable with computers beyond reading and send e-mails.

Did not work.

It never worked to reset the password.

Dont work, trash waste of money.

No technical support and did not work as stated.

Doesn’t work. I spent 4 hours trying to get it to work. I’m usually really good with tech stuff I can reset iPhones anything but this was just crap. I even looked online and YouTube videos to try and figure it out. NOPE still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money.
