My tool says made in czech republic on it. Its awesome and perfect, very well made and looks to last a lifetime or more.

10 years of all day every day usage. I rap my pipe on the side of the thin pick many times a day and it did not bend or falter. I used that spoon as a lever instead of my leatherman and it never flinched. Finally after all these years the center brass ringlet wore down enough that one side popped off and freed the pieces. Ill buy another one and update this review in another decade heh.

This tool is perfect for my pipe. It fits right into your hand for easy leverage ... A1 craftsmanship...to say the least... I LIKE IT ...LOL...PERFECT

This pipe tool is excellent for beginners and has the right amount of weight to tamper down the pipe tobacco. I think for beginners though, it should be noted that this tamper puts out the smoke and so you have to relight it after tamping the PT down. For this reason I now use an 8deco tamper. The reamer and poker are excellent so I still use this tool for such purposes.

It doesnt open so easily so it wont swing around inside your pocket. Seems solid. Looks good. Works good. Is good.
