Not neon nor do they glow I had to double up on the balloons so that you could see the color looks pastel

Dont buy these balloons thinking they will be brightly colored under blue/black lights, as the product description claims. I was hosting a birthday happy hour at a bar lit totally by black lights and the picture of these in the product description looks awesome. When inflated, they are a very light pastel - theyd be really understated at a baby shower. Under the blacklight, they are the exact same - washed out pastel. In my picture, you can see a Hawaiian Lei at the bottom, whose colors really pop. The balloons were a total bust, very disappointing. With the additional cost of having these inflated, I spent close to $30 for this waste of money.

Wry easy to blow up and tie. Make sure you have a black light if you want to see them glow.

Balloons did not look like they do in the pictures. They are almost see through and lose some of that brightness.
