I wasnt exactly what to expect since caramel flavors can be overly sweet at times. As soon as this was delivered I opened it up and had a protein shake right away. The smell was amazing and the flavor is delicious! I look for flavors that I can use in recipes in addition to a quick shake or smoothie. This Salted Caramel flavor is sweet but not overly, powder mixes well and I look forward to making protein pancakes/waffles with this in the near future! This will also be another flavor for my morning coffee!

The cinnamon crunch flavor is amazing! The only protein i enjoy drinking on its own as a shake. Usually I have to make a smoothie or something to get it down. This one is good to mix in your oatmeal!!!
