SLIGHTLY HARD TO OPEN AND SEEMS THIN. BUT, THEIR USED FOR SMALL NUTS, SCREWS, BOLTS AND TINY WATCH TYPE BATTERIES. I PUT THOSE BATTERIES IN, DATE THEM AND WHATEVER I PUT THEM IN, THEN I KNOW ABOUT HOW LONG THE BATTERIES LAST, AND CAN QUICKLY CHANGE THEM OUT WITHOUT HAVING TO HUNT AROUND OR EVEN ORDER THEM. SLIGHTLY OCD??? HEE HEE HEE
