Made very well. I used some to decorate the walls for our dragon party. They are a little snug for adults, but you can always cut the elastic and add some. It fit kids between 4-15 fine. It also fit some petite adults.

Ordered these for goodies bags for my sons birthday. I had some extras left over and my boys love them! Everyday day they are running around as a different dinosaur. These are really good quality! They are still in perfect condition even after several days of use by two boys under 5.

This was great, just as expected. A variety of designs, all of them lasted the party and theyre all still holding strong. Theyre definitely designed for smaller heads, like kids. Adults can wear them but theyre a little tight.
