> 3 dayI was reluctant to try another brand of compostable trash bag. The ones Ive tried come off the roll with a tear down the side, decompose in the bin so my garbage falls out of the bottom when I pull the bag from the bin and/or are too small to fit over the top, so they tear when trying to put them on. These bags really hold up! Although they are a bit too narrow to fit over the top of my trash bin, I give them a gentle pull in 2-3 sections of the top and they stretch to fit. If I pull too hard and do make a hole in the bag I can still use it without the hole getting any bigger once its installed. I just finished my first full roll. There have been no torn bags and no trash falling out the bottom of a soggy bag. I will definitely buy these again.

07-06-2025They are a good size. You dont want to keep them around too long. After all, it I waste as will smell after a couple of days.

01-06-2025If something is compostable, how can it be as strong as something which is not? The biggest problem is that the bags start to compost in the kitchen waste container before it is taken outside if the garbage is at all wet. I have taken to putting non dry garbage. (Bones, meat scraps etc). Into secondary plastic bags for extra containment. Nothing I wouldn’t toss anyway. This works quite well

> 3 dayDecently priced and eco friendly. Stands up to stress and stretching. The opening is just a tad small for some tall kitchen receptacles. The one I has takes the name-brand bag okay, but these bags are harder to get over the lip of the receptacle to stay upright in the receptacle. Overall, Im still glad I bought them as opposed to the planet killing bags by the name brands
