12 inch Cameo Cutting Mat

Terrible product! I bought two mats and the stickiness backing on both mats peeled off along with my vinyl. Ruined a whole sheet of vinyl. Very disappointing!!

I dont believe this is an Original Silhouette Cameo mat, After one use, it loses its stickiness. I did some research and found that their are some FAKE mats out there being sold on Amazon and this may be one.

I buy these for my girlfriend who is very crafty. She love, love, loves her Cameo, but these mats really dont hold up as well as youd think. They get gouged up (which, to be fair, is their job) and the adhesive wears out pretty quickly. They start out way too sticky, then wear in, and then wear out -- all fairly quickly. Weve also gotten the cuttlebug mats which work well too, and are a bit cheaper.

Product was just as described and same as original that came with the machine. arrived promptly. It is a little sticky at first so you must follow the advice of leaving it our or cleaning a soft shirt/jeans with it to lessen the stickiness so that it wont ruin your paper.

I prefer these low tack cutting mats to silhouettes original mats. I cut mostly cardstock and coverstock and the low tack mats are less likely to rip or tear my projects as I remove them from the mats. They also leave less sticky residue than the full strength cutting mats
