> 24 hourI have used several brands and these are the best by far. The adjustable bracket allows you to fit 5 or 6 inch cans. I also like the ease of installation. I removed 12 old cans and installed these in less than 30 minutes. Could not be easier.

> 24 hourI purchased a set of six of these lights to try. It was bright, and not too bad to wire it up. I still had 12-2 wiring up from previous lighting and it was too wide for the supplied wire nuts and barely fit in the box. The cables locking mechanism is harder to plug in, but safer. The brightness is as expected, irrespective of the package you purchase, the installation is very straight forward. Good to b, it is nice to buy a kit that uses the push connectors.

> 24 hourWe purchased 96 of these 5000k lights to replace about 80 1990s can lights in our house. The hardest part was getting the old cans out. These are great and I would guess that the quick connectors saved hours on the project. I discovered that leaving the rails that came with the old can lights made the removal process much quicker. A flat head screwdriver bent the rail from the can in minutes so it could be lifted off. Remove the romex connector, put it into these, push the wires in and the job was done. I put a piece of 16x16 sheetrock over the old lights rails to keep the insulation away for future light changes. The springs are strong and the gasket seems to air seal the light well which was my ultimate goal of the project. My two issues are that the light is not instant on since it takes about 1/2 second to light. The other that the frame is a little off white instead of pure white - although they still look hugely better than the old can lights. It appears there is no easy way to remove the frame for painting. I am hoping that Yankton will let us all know if they have instant on lights and which parts need changing to make it happen. Also would be nice if they have advice on painting the frame.
