I wanted to use them on a small tree to decorate for the different holidays and didnt want to have to worry about having to have it close to an outlet. I really wish I would have paid attention to the battery life in the description. It says 72 hours but they didnt even last that long! Approx 48 hours at the most. Its not worth the time, effort or the money I spent. Very disappointed!
