I heard about mouth tape from my sister in law. She said her dentist recommended she try it. Her and I both have TMJ and I have been snoring lately and was getting to the point that I was clenching even with my regular appliance so I thought I’d try it. I found this brand on Amazon and so far I’m loving it. I am not a mouth breather so wearing this did not bother me. My jaw was relaxed and because my mouth stayed shut, my snoring has stopped to at night! I am not clenching or grinding either. The tape is sticky enough to stay on all night but not too sticky that it hurts to pull off. Really glad I found this!

These have been an absolute life saver!! I am normally a bad sleeper, up multiple times a night. Ever since I started taping my mouth, I have never slept better! I love the shape of these because they don’t cover your entire mouth but still get the job done. Highly recommend and have gotten my family and friends hooked too!
