Apparently, I have a habit of cramming my fingers into tight computer cases, and often do so while those computers are running. This frequently results in fan blades smacking into fingertips and the occasional broken fan blade. Decided to purchase these finger guards to avoid those problems in the future. These are sturdy enough to get the job done, look good, dont add to fan noise, and will save me some down time.

These are sturdy enough and are welded properly. They fit. The grates arrived with some bent and scuffed parts. It was easy enough to straiten out with a small flat screwdriver and a hammer. The packaging looked fine, but not sure who is to blame for the damaged product. It could have been poor QC at from manufacturer; or rough handling at the warehouse, possibly during shipping. The were packaged in a plastic bag, placed loose inside an amazon box. For the price, its not worth returning. Its functional, and its inside my case mostly out of sight.

The metal is a good, solid gauge, and the tack points are well made, keeping it in one piece. The size is dead on, and fits perfectly over the fans attached to the cooling block on my PC.

I built a custom pc case and needed these to protect my fans. I like how sturdy they are and after installation there is no give when pushing on them.
