I had an issue with the first piece that was sent and they immediately sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service and quality piece of luggage.

The handle is super flimsy and loose. Seems as if it’ll break at any time.

This is the perfect personal item! I prefer this over a backpack since it rolls real smooth. I was able to fit my 14in. laptop and iPad pro without issue. It got through security quickly and made taking electronics out a breeze. The flight attendant actually thanked me for having the correct sized personal item since I had the cheapest ticket that didnt allow carry-on. Im very pleased with this suitcase and its now my go to for travel!

The luggage looks great and is a nice style for any occasion.

Arrived wet and previously used but I need it for a trip now so I’m stuck with it I guess. Still have to see if it makes it through the carry on size restrictions

Really liked the bag although no outside pocket is annoying. unfortunately I was forced to pay extra as it would not fit in the frontier *personal item bin. This may have worked a few years ago but no longer.
