> 24 hourI would be apprehensive to hang anything too heavy. I’m using them for gym equipment (a bar and some attachments). They come with 2 different wall anchors and self tapping screws. Installing them in a stud was incredibly easy and if you screw in the top hole 2/3 in, they will self level. I was able to widen the distance between the 2 arms just by pulling them apart so I wouldn’t hang anything over 40-50lbs off them.
