The box I received was not damaged, however, when I took the bag out of the box, it was scuffed, dirty and one of the zipper pulls was ripped off. While I wish it were delivered in better condition, I dont have the time to sent it back, so I guess I will live with it. Thankfully the waterproof material is amazing, I used a sponge to get most of it off. I was also able to fix the zipper with a pair of pliers. I am a college student who must carry a TON of stuff everyday. Overall, this bag is able to accommodate everything from my old Jansport plus extra room for a few more books so I wont have to travel to my car in between classes. I hope it holds up!

***UPDATE: GOING ON 4 YEARS with this bag and it is still in nearly perfect condition. No wear and tear showing on it anywhere. All zippers are still working as well as the first day I had it. Despite using it non-stop for a lot of heavy textbooks and traveling cross country with it at least once a year (usually more). It is just as comfortable nearly empty as it is completely chocked full. I am so impressed with this bag. Cant even give enough good reviews for it. Wish I could give it 10 stars out of 5.

The color was just as pictured. I use this bag every day for work and I recently used it for a trip home. I packed it full on my way home and it worked great - did get a little heavy but that is because of all the crap I had in it. I do wish it had one additional pouch for another laptop to where it was secure. It only has one which is fine, I typically dont need more than one but when I traveled home I needed my work and personal laptop so only one was able to go in the sleeve, the other one was loosely laying in the bag. Otherwise this backpack is great, very durable and worth the money.

Great product, can pack a lot of equipment and its very convenient for frequent travellers
