Pros: - LOTS OF STORAGE SPACE!!! Legit I replaced my entire bookbag + laptop bag with this 1 bag. - Super organized. - The straps are clearly very durable. They can handle a lot of weight - Lots of little smart design decisions with the bag that just make it convenient to use Cons: - The bag can hold so much weight that you can potentially hurt yourself if your not careful. My previous bag + laptop bag weighted around 30-40 pounds (thats college life for ya) however the weight was distributed between both my shoulders putting less of a strain on my body. Putting that much weight on a single shoulder and walking around with it all day CAN really hurt you if you are not strong enough. Granted your body will eventually get stronger and adjust to it and this is not the fault of the bag but I just wanted to mention it as a warning so you dont throw your back out. - The shoulder strap connectors dont swivel. This is annoying because it means sometimes the shoulder strap becomes a twisted mess which is annoying - The bottom portion of the bag IS NOT PROPERLY PADDED! If you have a gaming laptop like me, it WILL get damaged if you are not careful. Luckily I thought this might happen so I picked a laptop bag thats bigger than my actual laptop so I have room to add memory foam on the bottom to protect it. My laptop is 15.6 inches and the bag fits a 17 inch laptop so I dont know if there would be enough room for memory foam if u put a full 17 inch laptop however memory foam is very compressible so it should fit. I bought a memory foam bed softener for $10 on amazon, measured the amount I needed (around 3 inches wide. didnt measure the length because I didnt need to), and cut it and it fit in perfectly and my laptop is now so protected that I can throw the bag across the room and I dont think it will get damaged. Overall this is an AMAZING bag however I highly recommend padding the bottom with memory foam to ensure your laptop does not get damaged.

The bag itself was great and useful for the ~month I was able to use it. Unfortunately, before the month was up, the piece of fabric anchoring the shoulder strap to the bag tore almost entirely off and made the bag unusable (I have wrist/grip issues; a shoulder strap is necessary for me). While I bought the bag intending to pack it full of more items during business trips, I only ever carried a basic 15.6in work laptop and a notepad in it, with a couple pens and other very light items, so if it broke with nearly no significant weight, the pockets and room unfortunately seem pointless. Due to how the shoulder strap is connected, theres no way to even diy a fix that would possibly hold up long-term. Pretty disappointed. :(

If you want something compact this is not it. I have a 15 computer and this case is a little large for it but it fits all my cords, external drives, paperwork, two books, notebooks, and lots of pens and supplies. I would have liked it to be wider and smaller in dimension but it works fine. I travel a lot so this fits under the seat in a plane. It has several zippers and I could not tell which is which so I bought the little flower zipper hangers and they work perfectly.

Im very pleased with this purchase. The case has tremendous capacity in the main compartment as well as in many other zippered compartments. The overall width can also be expanded with another zipper. I cant comment on long term durability by Im pleasantly surprised so far, for what Ive been able to get at this very low price. I think this compares favorably with cases costing two or more times its price.
