Expandable, solid and beautiful design

Update: they sent me a new unit, so far no problems I believe that was a misfortune for myself... now everything it’s ok, I’ll not giv 5 stars because of the first one... if they had sent me a good one from the beginning I’ll certainly give 5 stars The product looks sturdy but it’s not! Less than one month and the bag tear apart... I am VERY disappointed with this product, I bought this because on amazon the reviews were good and were in the best seller position, so I thought this should be a worthwhile investment. But it’s not! I bought this bag to use at school, I carry a 15.6 laptop, the charger and my 1inch binder, this is exclusively used twice a week for my programming classes and surprisingly it couldn’t handle this! In about 3 days the black and white logo tag on the bottom right part peeled off, I didn’t care about that because its just a small cosmetic issue, and anyway that logo is horrible. But when it literally tears apart where is the handle then the thing starts to bother me! I do not recommend this bag. I wish to send it back, but I don’t know if its possible. I already tried to contact the seller, sent a complaint email but looks like they just ignored it. So now I’m reviewing for everybody at Amazon to see what’s going on! Suggestion for improvement: Better quality control, and the front pockets are not practical (too small to keep your charger there), also should be good to add a space for a water bottle outside, could be in a mesh pocket hidden in the expansion zipper (just an idea)

The bag seems to be working out well and was a good value for the price I had an American Tourist that I liked the outer pockets but got a larger lap top and purchased this bag- so far - so good

UPDATE to the original review (found below this update). I have dropped the review from 5 star to 3. I still love my bag. However, it is not as durable as I had originally believed. Perhaps this particular bag is defective. After less than a month of use the bag has started to tear on the inside (see attached picture). It is a small tear at the moment but it will only worsen over time. I believe this is true by virtue of these facts: Ive only been using the bag for about a month; I only use it 3 times per week; I am actually a very careful person - my possessions usually wear out from many years of use. I have started the process to return the bag today. Nobody likes having to do that. I will replace the bag with another of the same because I really do like it. But that means that I will have to wait for the new bag to arrive. I will be without a bag for a while. (Original Review) Love my new bag. I received it as an unexpected Christmas gift. I needed a replacement for my current book bag. I was shocked that it wasnt more expensive. Proof that the price tag isnt an indicator that a product is good. It is very spacious. Has a lot of compartments. Appears to be durable. Time will tell. Has all the features that I need including a pen holding area. Can be expanded. This is great because when I fly I like to add personal items and toiletries to my carry-on. Now I wont have to use a 2nd bag for that purpose. One feature that I like and wasnt expecting... it stands upright. I hate putting my bag down and it flops on its side. This one stays up.VERY VERY VERY happy.

Lots of room and very good quality

This appears to a really nice laptop bag. I unfortunately had yo return it because my wife surprised me with one at the same time. Arrived quickly, well packaged, reasonable price, looked good and like it would’ve held up great for a long time.

This is the first time Ive ever bothered to write a review about a purchase on Amazon. This is a ruggedly built briefcase with an enormous number of zippered sections and pockets. The expansion feature is sure to come in handy sometime. Also appreciate that the strap is anchored with metal vs flimsy plastic clips. My MacBook Pro fits great. As others have commented, theres no padding underneath but I rolled up a length of high density mouse pad rubber which does a good job of cushioning the device.

I am that woman that friends say She lives at work, and visits home. This bag is roomy, has divded sections and some pockets to seprated and organize items. You really can place alot in this bag without having to use the expandale feature, and it still wont bulge and look like you are carrying as much as you are. ( I stopped taking a purse with me to work,I no longer need one when I use this). The pad on the strap to protect from shoulder pain looks thin, but really does make a difference. I tried with pad in place, and removed, that shoulder pad is a keeper. Coffee spill over the edge of desk proved the water resistance does exist. Quite happy I purchased thjis.

I had to pad the bottom to protect devices. The Handel is deteriorating and the Velcro that holds the two handles together wears out quickly. I am planning to go back to my roller bag- wish I can get refund. You know how that goes
