> 24 hourI really like this puppet, even though the workmanship on the beak of mine was a bit sub-par... such that it looked a bit lop-sided. (One star taken for this). I thought about returning it, but the shipping was a bit high, so I decided to keep it and fix it myself..should be a simple sewing fix. The look of the puppet is great. Very plump and happy-looking. Bright eyes and attitude. Easy to manipulate and plush enough for a kid to snuggle with. I also have the Silly Puppet Monkey and it is Fantastic. I plan to buy more Silly Puppets.

> 24 hourFirst off. Why dose this bird have a cloth beak, stiched off cented and flops to the shape of your hand? Secondly. its fur matt can be picked off buy the force of duct tape grip alone showing off the loose netting and cotton organs. Thirdly. articulating the mouth can cause a blinking effect with the droopy eyes. Thats no complaint just saying. Forth. There is potiental for thicker flippers to run a wire evenso thus more fun. So this is a good buy if you dont plan on doing a movies worth of action with it. Maybe something like Big Brother where it just sits there and talks at the camera then derps around.

> 24 hourOkay, so the puppet is a little on the pricey side when you add in shipping, but now that I actually have it - Im so glad I splurged. I bought this to go with our schools math program Puzzled Penguin lessons. It is a way of having young children explain their math strategies and problem-solving attempts to the poor, confused penguin. I thought having a puppet that could talk to the students would really help sell the lessons and engage the kids. The puppet is very well-made and looks exactly as pictured. I really get a kick out of his slightly surprised expression. The mouth is easy to manipulate so that will also add to the variety of expressions he can make. He has been the source of lots of giggles in my household already, I cant wait to get him to school and show him to the students.
