> 24 hourUpdating to 5 stars because the company addressed the issue - I wont give details about how, because I dont want companies to be expected to do the same thing for every issue. But I will say that they have a ton of integrity, stand by their product, and treat customers like everyone is a vip. I now have a new bag without a ripped pocket, and its the best. Ive traveled with it and packed 3 days worth of stuff into it. The chest strap kept it from killing my back with the weight. It fits multiple large devices, and is designed extremely well to organize business and personal items. My daughter has a Carhartt bag, and they are known for their quality and are popular -- and are very awesome as well, but this laptop backpack blows the carhartt backpack away, its hands down a 100 times better. Below is my original rating (was a 3), but I raised it to a 5 for the quality of the bag -- while the company went above and beyond (super impressed with them), my new rating is still based on the bag itself. That said, because of both the quality and the integrity of the company, Ill be getting everything I need in this area from them from now on, and I rarely give my business to just one company, but thats how impressed I am :-) OLD REVIEW -- company fixed it: Might have been a good bag for the price, but theres a whole compartment I cant even use because it came with a ripped pocket. For that I couldve just bought a used one. Shouldnt have to pay full price for a damaged product :-(

> 24 hourWOW -- now this is the backpack that I have ALWAYS have been looking for... This thing is HUGE... enough to carry two laptops, a weeks worth of clothes -- Im a guy -- I might pack a little lite.. Room for my shaving kit, gosh -- pockets galore.... have several accessories in there, man I dont know what else I need to pack, but I still have a bunch of room -- This thing is like putting a carry-on roller bag on your back -- SOOO much room... Yes -- this is the pack I have been looking for, for a LONG time... If you want to have a backpack that you can carry a bunch of stuff -- look no further, this is it... Just make sure you have the back for it -- if you fill it to capacity -- :) I definitely am not at a lack of space.

> 24 hourI use this backpack for work. It is Big enough to hold two water bottles, my small lunch box (kid size), my laptop, a binder, and everything else I need. It is very sturdy and has a ton of pockets and storage. Would be a great travel backpack, but might be a little big for taking on a plane and trying to store under the seat in front of you.

> 24 hourFirst, bag appears to be REALLY well made! Disappointed I dont like it, and its mainly due to the storage area behind the main compartment facing outward (look at pics, where they show a football). This is weird, and frankly not something I would use (especially in airport...not putting shoes, etc., in this space to be able to fall out or just be seen). Also...and surprised I am saying this, is it frankly has TOO MANY zip compartments and nooks and crannies! If that is your thing you will LOVE this bag!!! If you like the storage and design in pics, this is a great buy, and for the price the workmanship is great! Just as I said, for me its wonky...and being returned.

> 24 hourMy old backpack was falling apart after six or more years of use. I was going to buy the same backpack again but then saw this item and after some research decided to go with it. What I like and dislike are as follows: LIKES 1. It is well made and sturdy. I travel extensively and need something that can be abused and not fall apart. This fits that bill. 2. It has a unique feature that allows you to put a battery pack inside the backpack and has an external connection that I can plug into to charge my phone and tablet. Nice. 3. It has a front panel that opens up that I can put my hard hat into. I used to have to carry my hard hat on the outside of the old backpack and it would not fit under the plane seats. This solves that. 4. It has an absurd amount of storage space. It has two interior zippered sections plus the front panel section that I mentioned above, plus two zippered side pockets, two mesh sections for water bottles, and three zippered small storage compartments. One internal section has pockets with padding for two laptops, plus pockets for phones, battery packs and other items. The other internal section I use to store clothing, jackets and similar items. DISLIKES 1. Its just too big for my needs. There is no way I can use all the storage space provided. And I dont need to carry two laptops. I would prefer less storage and a smaller backpack. I gave it four stars because it is just too big.

> 24 hourI know the title may be obvious, but I wanted to explain a little more. I come from having 2 different Everki bags, they are quite expensive but have always really impressed me with the quality. I was wanting something a bit larger though so figured I would give this a shot, worst case Im out $60 which isnt a ton. Got the bag in, and boy is it big, its a massive pack with a lot of pockets (though I have some minor complaints there too, coming later) and is relatively well built for the price. But its quality is just nowhere near my Everki units, and considering I plan on carrying around $7k worth of equipment, I just dont think I want to trust it to a bag that isnt for sure going to hold up to heavy abuse. The last thing I want is to grab the bag and have it tear or something and all my gear hits the ground. Now, regarding the pockets, it does have quite a few, but they are mostly very large making organization a bit challenging and IMO a tech pouch a requirement for this bag if you have lots of small things to carry around. My one other issue with the pockets is that what appear to be obvious pockets for a mouse and similar items in the laptop compartment are likely to be squished by whatever laptop you put in there, especially if its a massive desktop replacement class unit. So I personally wouldnt be comfortable putting my mouse there risking it getting crushed. I guess in conclusion I would say its an excellent bag when you factor in price, but its only an OK bag if price isnt some massive concern to you. And to that extent, there are many better options in the $150 ish range, which sure is 2.5 times more than this one, so not nothing, but wanted to be clear Im not comparing this to some $400 super expensive unit.
