> 24 hourI love the look and functionality, but the durability gets a zero. Within the first month the luggage tag snap broke. TUMI replaced it, so no great issue other than I payed $700 for a bag that I expected to stay in one piece longer than a month. After 3 years the handle snapped off while traveling. The customer service “graciously” offered me replacement parts ($60) that I had to install myself. The good news is that I discovered Briggs and Riley luggage as a result, which come with a LIFETIME warranty against not only manufacturer defects (TUMI gave me a year) and airline damage. TUMI is overpriced for what you get.

> 24 hourI love the luggage!!! I bought it on Amazon and had it shipped to my location that I was traveling to. When I arrived, I saw a Tumi store directly across the street so I stopped by the store. The luggage was available so I purchased it there. Two reasons: it was quicker and cheaper!!! The warranty was free with the purchase, while Amazon charged for the warranty. Thus, I returned the purchase from Amazon.
