I really like these lights. I used one strand to update an old star wreath that I really liked. This was for an outdoor wreath. The other strand I used to wrap around my plant stand in my family/office room. Just gives it more holiday glow. I like remote control and find it easy to use. Nice. Good for the money.

These lights were perfect for a bedroom. The remote makes turning on and off easy. The lights tangle really easily and once they become tangled are close to impossible to untangle.

I get so many compliments on the lights. We use them in our front windows at Christmas and they are very festive! I wish they could be set to exactly the same time because they are in two different rooms but I solved the problem by keeping them both on steady with no twinkling. The remote only works when really close to them.

It takes a half hour to 45 minutes to unravel. Would not buy them again for this reason.

I need a long string to wind around and through some decor. I want them on the #8 setting: steady on with a timer. That worked great for 3 weeks, then the timer stopped working and the lights stayed on all night. Then the lights turn on randomly at odd times, choosing their own function. I spent too much time placing lights around decor to take them out and return them. And like all battery operated lights, they devour batteries in a short time. I would not purchase this brand again.
