Like some of the other reviews state I got 1 that works perfect and 1 with a dead bulb inside. It was easy to swap with a new bulb. It annoying to have to repair a brand new product right out of the box. I had a spare bulb laying around. So I did not contact the seller. Just did the repair on my own.

a nice design, comfortable to hold, and works ok, however, what concerned me was the way the lamp is placed on the electrode, sliding off the side. This is a design flaw. My remedy was to take a short piece of a small diameter plastic straw and place over the electrode to keep the lamp centered. otherwise it is a good purchase. I hope this benefits someone! follow-up after a short time the cable attached to the tester came apart, these are not made very well, you get what you pay for
