I bought the two-pack for use in Germany for my friends who are Ukrainian refugees using my laptop and home appliances that I brought to them. One works great (luckily we randomly used it with the laptop). The other was defective. A two year old hair dryer that was still new burned up on first use. We thought, okay maybe the hair dryer is defective? Than a few days later a brand new set of hair clippers burned up using the same power converter leading me to believe that the converter is defective. That is $60 worth of unused appliances out the window due to this defective product.
