> 3 dayI bought these to make new screen filters for my PC case, since Im not SUPER happy with the ones on it now. So the mesh on this is more than fine enough for that purpose. Pros: -Right size for my needs, even have some left over, neat. Which I will be utilizing for other projects. -The hole size is nice and fine. -Does to be appropriately stainless steel, since it is not very magnetic. Now, 304? I dont know for sure, but I can do the simple magnet test and I am a magnet snob, I know weird niche to fill. So, I have a ton of rare earth magnets in my house of varying and scary strengths. I used one for my guns on it with a 45lb pull rating and mesh was very easy to pull off of it, was barely attracted to that magnet. Leading me to believe the stainless steel rating is legit. -Well squared off. When making a filter for a rectangular box PC case, you want to ensure your product is well squared off. THIS was. -Seemingly accurate size. AND YES, I have bought sheets like this where theyve been off by enough to feel jipped by it. While I didnt need all of the length, I needed most of it for the top of the case. Its a giant PC case for a silly and overpowered PC build. Hence wanting to keep the inside as dust-free as possible. -Fine mesh, very fine. Nice small holes also woven well. As anyone can tell you, when you start cutting into woven mesh if its not done right, youll get annoying fraying. But I didnt get any of that with the scissors I used. -Very little memory curl. This is also a minor complaint I bring up in the CON section. What I mean is that when completely unraveled, it for the most part lays flat. WELL DONE. Probably helps that they cut this down into two rolls to prevent that issue. Cons: -Packing. NOTHING inherently wrong with it, but once you get the paper sleeve off of it, becomes a can-of-snakes prank toy as the stainless steel flies off the roll. CAUTION/WARNING/ATTENTION: -THIS IS STEEL AND THE EDGES CAN BE SHARP, BE CAREFUL. Though, I was cutting it and the sheet did run along the side of my thumb and I was worried it was slicing my thumb open, it didnt. Just be careful, since upon light tapping, your finger does kind of stick to it indicating its sharpness. -If youre going to cut this, might I recommend the teethed Fiskar Titanium scissors (theyre my favorite) (Fiskars 9 Inch Serrated Titanium Nitride Shop Shears), youre going to want heavier duty SHEARS to cut this, normal kitchen scissors will not go through this easily without immediate dulling. Conclusion: BUY IT if you need it. Great many uses for it. I make my own permanent filters for my AC. This would be a great outside layer. Then Id get a copper mesh under layer, then Id go with silver-impregnated cloth, and then walmart sheer curtains. I use 1in x 1.5 wood for the frame (actual is 3/4 deep and 1.25 wide, pine). The copper and silver will help kill microbes, copper is good against viruses, and silver is better against germs and bacteria. And since you do have a quarter inch to play with you can easily put a carbon filter layer on it as well. Then I just used 1/2in staples to cobble it together. Fun project. But you might want to buy a wider sheet than this. This is the perfect width for the vents upstairs. Though my three downstairs one are much wider than this. BACK ON POINT, Im happy with the purchase.

> 3 dayFor its purpose it probably rates a five star rating. I wanted it for plastic welding, but much to thin, and shear ! This was my fault in ordering, not the product.

> 3 daythe product was better than expected. No complaint. It could not be used for the project for which it was purchased. However the product will be used on another project without question. This is a 5 star product but a 3 star use in the current project.

> 3 dayWe have a dog that has practically chewed every doggy door weve used and now she has finally stopped. Weve tried different types of metal but with this woven wire sheet, she does not like it and has stopped chewing the doggy door. The metal in this mesh still attracts the metal on the bottom so the door does close but both our lab mix and chihuahua are still able to get in and out with no issues. However, the metal is a big deterrent for her to chew the door. She did try but we watched how as soon as her teeth hit it, she stopped. We still has part of the plastic left so we just wrapped this around that and used duct tape to secure the mesh to the door. We did use metal sheers when cutting this as it just made it easier and we didnt damage our good scissors in the process. Really sturdy and you can bend this to hold its shape. Great quality and even with wet weather, no rust.

> 3 dayI run a used oil burner for my heat in the winter and had been using 50 micron sediment filters that kept plugging up daily at a cost of $2.50 each. I wrapped a screen filter with a few layers of this and zip tied it in place and put a couple wraps of it in the center of the filter and have been burning oil with no problems for almost 2 weeks without cleaning the filters. This screen is very good quality and extremely cheap.
