Used to replace a broken suitcase wheel. Since it was so easy with the tools provided, I changed out both wheels. Drilling out the old rivet was the most difficult part of the job. Piece of cake!

These worked perfectly for my large luggage suitcase vertical pullman (upright case you pull behind you with a pull handle) by Ricardo, which is built like a tank. I was nervous about selecting the right size since there seem to be a lot of different height and width of wheels. 70x24 mm worked perfectly. Since these wheels and axles do not come with instructions, the hardest part was figuring out whether to use the washers or not (I decided to use them) and where to put them (I put them on the outside of the wheel casing or wheel well, not inside). (And they took weeks to arrive; but I was not in a hurry to replace them.) Actually, before that, the hardest part was getting the old wheels and axles off since there was a welded rivet on the outside that held on the original axle that cannot just be removed by unscrewing it. In videos and articles on the web, people use a grinder or high speed rotary tool like a Dremel to cut off the rivet. I didnt have a Dremel so I slid a hacksaw blade down into the wheel well to cut the axle off. It partly ground off part of the inside of the wheel well (but no harm done), and it worked....but it was a lot of work. And even before that you have to remove the screw cap/covering and screws on the inside of the suitcase to remove the wheel assembly. Its not trivial to replace these wheels on this model (from 1995?) of pullman luggage, but replacing the whole suitcase --and I have two of these-- would have cost hundreds of dollars.

Determining the size needed is impossible. Also, when ordered, I did not know they would be coming direct from China. These wheels are not a match to the wheels that need to be replaced........a miserable experience.

Great wheel replacement for TravelPro Walkabout. Wheels fit well. I used the original pin since this pin is a bit longer (2mm) - just to insure proper fit. Only 1 screw on TravelPro so installation was very easy. Take out your wheel first then compare measurement given on this page before buying this replacement.

Used for an 4 series crew model roll aboard TravelPro bag. Wheels were good using original axel. Replace axels head/bolts were a bit long/bulky. Would buy again.

I used these to replace the wheels on a Ricardo rolling suitcase. I had to work at it but was able to get the job done. The rest of the suitcase was still in good shape so replacing the wheels was clearly worth it.

As advertised very easy to install.

I brought set of two replacement wheels. One run freely, but another one is not. The reason that I find is the axle of the bearing is not right. The quality control should push more better. The material or the wheel is transparent, it seem like silicon, not rubber. I do not know this material is durable, or not. Since I am not travel frequently, I cannot tell the quality. The price is reasonable for me too.

After the TSA mangled the tires on the wheels of my carry-on, I needed to replace them. These fit my Skyway perfectly and were easy to install once I removed the old wheels and axles. Quality looks good. Time will tell.
