You feel safe when you get on the ladder. Very sturdy. Love the hight of the handle.

The stepladder is so great because it’s light. I had another step ladder that was just like it almost but heavy as all heck. Plus it folds easier and isn’t expensive.

This step stool is well built and folds conveniently for storage. It is a little stiff when unfolding, but once open, it locks into position and makes a very good step stool. The height is perfect for smaller tasks where a full size ladder would be too large. The top step itself could be a little larger, but it is still large enough to ensure stable footing. It is rated for 330 lbs, but Im a little bit over the limit and it still holds my weight very well. The padded handle is also nice. As you stand on the top step, the handle helps to stabilize you. The padding along the handle makes it comfortable to lean against. I have another step stool that is similar, and the handle is not padded. If you have to lean against an unpadded handle, it tends to hurt after a little while. This one does not. So if you’re looking for a solidly built stool that is comfortable to stand on, this might be the stool for you.

tricky to open and close but silicone spray helps. steps sturdy and wide and although not much taller than stepstool it replaced big difference is tall handgrip far more secure

Great step ladder, feels very sturdy and folds easily.

This replaced a janky, sketchy step stool in my garage. This thing feels sturdy and has a nice comfort grip handle. I keep this in my garage, so Im not sure how well that soft grip will hold up out there...as opposed to having it in my house. But the steps are wide and seem to be non-slip. The only reason I knocked a star off is because its not exactly easy to unfold and get set up. If this were for my elderly Mom, for instance, I think she would have a hard time unfolding it and using it. For me its not too bad. Overall it seems to be a great deal!

really sturdy step ladder, not exactly easy to open or close especially for children. Which is actually a good thing! its a step ladder. well built. good value compared to some others I could pick up locally, certainly better quality than my local options.

Weve had this ladder for a few weeks now during a home reconstruction project in winter, and it has quickly become the most popular of the 3 stepladders we have in the house. The entire frame is sturdier and more solid than the other two, and it holds a much higher (350 lb.) weight limit. The ladder is a tad heavier, and the stairs need a little coaxing to come out and deploy compared to some others that just instantly snap out and deploy, but its nothing unusual or that would be a problem. The biggest thing we like is that the overall heft in this ladder gives you a much more secure feeling when you are standing on it. As we are both seniors, and our sense of balance isnt always as on point as it used to be, we simply LOVE the curved safety handrail at the top of the steps to occasionally hold on to, and it makes all the difference in the world. I would feel completely comfortable working all day standing on this ladder , whereas with our other two stepladders we have, you have this sense of imminent falling and I cant get off of them fast enough.

My mom ordered this ladder for my grandma, she needed it for the fridge because she is very petite and couldnt reach the high shelves! This ladder takes care of that for her around the kitchen. She likes it because it feels sturdy when she stands on it and likes the nice gripped-handle it has at the top. I would like to say that it is a bit heavy if you need to move it around and it can be hard to fold up if youre not strong. Besides the heaviness-and the fact that it is a little bulky- it can come in handy for a lot of purposes!
