The security lock was broken when I received the luggage. I had to return it for a replacement. The handle can be pulled out higher than most, Good for taller people.

Wheels don’t turn by themselves. Impossible to wheel around an airport. Awful product. Don’t buy this! Expensive and not quality!

The overall quality seems to be good but its very flimsy. Theres way to much rattling and movement when extending the handle up. Also its not that deep inside. I cant get nearly the same amount of clothes in this as I can my other 20 carry on. I should have looked at the width dimensions when I purchased it so thats on me, but I feel like this is not an 85.00 suitcase. After Ive travelled with it a few times Ill come back and re-vise or add to my review. 8.4.2022 - The black outer strip on the back edge of the suitcase is now peeling apart and may break. I will be returning this as soon as I can. Waste of time and money.

I used this suitcase for an eight-day trip to Rome and Paris. I was able to fit all my clothes and essentials in this little case, and I also escaped paying an exorbitant amount on additional luggage fees between countries and three different airlines. This bag is a MUST for anyone that wants to travel abroad without checking a bag.

I used it for one trip and the zipper fell off?!?!

For only $45 I paid for it, it will work. Wheels aren’t that great and dont turn well. There are no interior pockets which isn’t my favorite. All and all, I need a carry on last minute that wasn’t expensive, so for how much I paid, it works

The handles bent on my FIRST TRIP! Couldn’t slide back down and was stuck. Had to snap them off to go on the plane. Cheap garbage. I have Tumi cases that are 20 years old. This cheap garbage didn’t make it from home to my hotel.

Purchased for our 9 year old daughter. Very light weight and wheels roll perfectly. Its perfect for her to haul her own bag during trips.

This is lightweight. Glides easily. Was the perfect fit for Delta carry on.
