Dont get me wrong I love the case my issue is with the zippers this case is very durable but could not give it a higher rated because of the zipper issue. After speaking with customer service they agreed to send me a new case which makes me extremely hapy because this is a really good case except for zipper issue for the front section of the case I would have given it 5 stars

I have needed new luggage for years! Ive been eyeing hard side sets with 360 wheels for a long time. I was a little skeptical of how the quality would be for a set at this price point but I am so thrilled with this 3 piece set. There is plenty of space and compartments for safe storage. The zippers, wheels, and handles function very smoothly. These quality suitcases are holding up to everything that my crazy family throws at then.

I bought this set because it was one of the only hard side luggage sets Ive seen with a side pocket (at the time). But on my second trip using it the side pocket ended up coming apart.

There was an issue with the original product but the seller went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend this seller.

Great price for this luggage. I wanted to get it because of the tech pocket on the 20. The set looks great and rolls wonderfully when held together.

I wasn’t a fan of this suitcase although I really wanted to love it. I did a very big trip with it, and these were my takeaways-

The suitcase is lightweight, but after 2nd use the strap inside broke away from the stitching. I gave a 5 star, the product itself is not durable, but the customer service is great. They were quick to respond on my concerns.

This carry-on is okay. It rolls well and has enough space inside to pack your essentials; however, the handle used to pull the suitcase kept getting stuck (with things packed inside and without). I like the security feature though and makes a great detour for anyone wanting to go through your bag. The wheels roll smoothly and the zipper held up well.

For a sturdy and durable as these are they are also very lightweight. Which is great because you can fit much in them which will add weight. Even at full capacity the largest of them is very easy to move with its Wheels. Another great feature is the fact that all three of these will fit within each other for easy storage once not in use. Definitely recommend if you wish to keep the contents of your luggage safe for there is little worry of these bending or breaking without very strong provocation.

Years ago we got a nice luggage set and it worked really great for us for quite a while. Slowly over the years the luggage handlers on airplanes/at baggage claim have ruined all of them but the littlest one. They got completely mangled on multiple instances and were basically trash after that. Since we had to throw them away we were needing to get some replacement ones. Because the other ones got so mangled we decided to get some hard sided ones this time so that they will HOPEFULLY last a lot longer.
