I had tried shaker cups before with the round wire ball and they never fully got the job done. To my surprise this cup worked great. Whoever designed this knew what they were doing. Not only does it work really well but everything disassembles easily for cleaning. Just make sure you fully screw the top on and the spout cover clicks in place before shaking and youre good to go.

The color is perfect for me, but more importantly having the attached shaker ball is awesome!!

I’ve struggled to clean inside the lid grooves of other cup, but not this one! Super easy to wash.

I use these these every single day! I am a busy, on the go director of operations, and I rely heavily on protein drinks to get me through my day. These shaker bottles with their unique design, gets the job done! No surprise, gross clumps of powder get by the stick blender inside! It’s the perfect size, easy to carry, and cleanup is a snap! I put hot water, a drop of liquid soap, close it up, and shake, shake, shake it! Rinse it out, and viola’, you’re done!

Great cup!!! I love the inspirational quote written on it as well! I use this cup to measure and shake my vitamin drinks in the morning, and it mixes the contents together thoroughly. The bottle is cleaned easily in the dishwasher or by hand.

I use this for my gym drinks and it works great, I like the spiral in the middle better than the shaker balls since I can’t lose this. I wash it very often and the words show no sign of fading very cute cup. I only drink pre workouts and bcaas and things like that so I’m not sure how easy it would be to clean something like protein out of the center spiral but works great for my purpose

I have a Mass Powder (1 scoop = 46 carbs) that is notorious for bad clumping. This took mild shaking and all the clumps were gone and they didn’t stick in the wire either. Easy to clean. Fits in small hand well with the indentation. 5 stars!

I love this cup for mixing and carrying my protein drinks. A little shake and all the clumps from the powder are gone. It fits great in my car cup holder. It holds just the right amount of liquid, doesnt leak, and is easy to drink from and has held up great in my dishwasher. The only caveat is make sure you take the mixer stick out of the top of the cup when you wash it.

It works but the little cover over the spout doesn’t go all the way back it only lifts straight up which makes it really hard to drink i had to tilt my head and turn the cup sideways just so my mouth can get to the spout, otherwise the little cover blocks me cuz it’s hitting my face. I’m going to try a different cup.

I usually use one for a water based drink and the other for a protein powder almond milk drink. I like them so much that I wash them by hand but I’m sure that’s not necessary.
