Have been buying these for a while now, have been pleased up until my last purchase. Two boxes have sublimated horrible. Kept trying, thinking that I was doing something wrong, nope, have done nothing different. So now I hate to try sublimating on the next two boxes. Will look for a new supplier

I would like to give them more starts. I order these tumblers in February and they just wouldnt sublimate. I voiced my concern about these tumblers and their response was awsome. They apologized for the bad batch and offered to replace them with a new set. Any company that shows concern about their products and customers win my service. I will be purchasing from this company in the future.
