2020 Callaway Chrome Soft Golf Balls

> 3 dayLove these golf balls! Ordered them as a birthday gift for friend. The only problem with this order is that there was a sleeve of balls that had 2 instead of 3 balls. I wouldnt have cared IF this wasnt a gift. Couldnt find any in my local golf stores, and would not have received in time if I did another order of the same, so put a different ball in to fill the sleeve, shared the story with my friend about the odd ball to complete the set. Fortunately, we are good friends and had a good laugh about it. This is reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

> 3 dayI have had wild shots - some spinning off out of bounds etc.. and I have had THREE now completely split apart (see attached photo). I cant send most of them back to amazon because they spun off into lakes, woods, etc... and I threw the other two split balls away (never expecting a third)....

> 3 dayIve now ordered this item from Amazon twice and twice I received a bag of USED Callaway Chrome soft balls. They were not the Play Yellow that i ordered nor were they new. Very discouraging as I love this ball.

> 3 dayThe picture should say it all. After ordering a dozen yellow chromesofts in December I had four of them rupture during play over December/January. While its not summer, play was never done in anything below 45 degrees F. The first ball broke in two on its third ever tee shot after being taken out of the box. Over the coming rounds three more of that dozen also ruptured. I thought, okay, its a defective batch of balls. I called Callaway and a friendly customer service rep assured me theyd send out replacements and provided me a shipping label to send the broken balls to their QA people. After that call another ball from a completely different box (it was white) also ruptured. I send them all in. That was back in January. Now at the end of February I have not received any replacement balls or communication from Callaway whatsoever. Switching to TP5x.
