I thought it was touch screen, so that was a bummer. But, it was relatively cheap and it will do what I need it to do. :)

I bought a computer 3 months ago. After a month I updated it and the computer died. I contacted customer service because was under warranty. The female who emailed me was so rude. I lost my money!!! I wish I find the email so I can posted it.

I love this computer, it’s super light weight, easy to set up, and has decent battery life, I use it for literally everything! I would buy again!

It was really good but it stopped working and charging after a while

Im happy I didnt go with the YouTube reviews on this laptop. Ive had none of the issues they described. It works great, the display is clear and its faster than I expected. Its not a touchscreen, but I didnt want that for what I use it for. The battery life is long lasting. I took it for over 8 hours and still had life when I plugged it in again at home. The back pack has a built in charging cord too!

This item did not stay connected to internet, was very slow and had to be restarted all the time. Was slow.

A very cute laptop that I unfortunately had to return. I ordered this solely for school purposes, and with word and the few other apps I had installed, the storage was nearly full. Kept getting an error saying I had low disc space, and it made the computer lag extremely. It cannot handle more than about four or so tabs, and if you had one drive installed on a previous laptop, don’t even bother trying to restore all of your old files. It simply wont fit. Managed to spend one day with this laptop before ultimately deciding it wasn’t worth the money I spent on it. Works like a $120 chromebook rather than a $300+ laptop.

This laptop ran fast and smooth until I couldnt stand using Bing and Edge and switched it out of S mode. My job is rooted in using Google docs and Gmail. Once I switched out of S mode, everything ran slowly and started to glitch. In short, if you want to use anything other than Edge and Bing, dont buy this. You cant switch it back into S mode once you switch out either.

I guess the saying you get what you pay for is fitting for this item. The computer is ok but it super slow. Everything is delayed by a long time. It’s like using an old computer that is overloaded

It’s a great computer so far. This computer is not touchscreen though.
