> 3 dayI finally opened this too late to return. The power comes on but the touchscreen does not work at all. I tried to put the memory card in and cannot open it at all. There are absolutely no instructions. I would return it in a minute if I could. What a waste. Plus there doesn’t seem to be any place that I can contact the seller.

> 3 dayI bought it for a gift. It is a great buy. Had to have my service provider help me set up the settings because I had problems connecting to the internet. After I changed the settings for my provider, it worked great. It has phone capabilities, but I just got a sim card for data/internet connection.

> 3 dayThis is the third Samsung cheap tab I have bought, after having one last a long time and losing the other. This is the first one with significant app problems. I bought this primarily as a device to watch streaming (and saved to SDcard shows). Netflix was inoperable, and specified that the app needed to be updated. However, there was no option to update the app.
