There are features of a Chromebook that I dont necessarily like (like its so proprietary to Google), but its a Chromebook and that comes with the territory and ridiculously low price.

Shopped/filtered for the specs I wanted and chose this chromebook. Placed order and did arrive on time within a few days. Charged well, responsive touchscreen. Turned it on, connected to Wifi, got the welcome screen and next for updates....never got past the updates and re-start. Attempted 8-9x with no success, including searching online for tutorials and help. Contacted Amazon for customer support regarding refurbished item which I expected was included with this purchase. I was told no, but the seller (3rd party?) could be contacted. After a couple of hours of this frustration, I realized I made a bad purchase and returned it for a refund.

comes in a good condition, basically brand new, haven’t had any problems with it does it’s job… runs pretty goff battery lasts pretty good as well. comes with laptop, charger and a little sleeve carrier case. would recommend buying this.

Stuck in continuous update loop even after reset. Made for a poor Christmas gift.

Came packaged perfectly and works like a dream!

This is the perfect first computer for my daughter (6y). She can do all of her school work without asking me a ton of questions about how to click on something or how to do something. Touch screen makes things so much easier.

I was torn between this and a tablet with a attachable keyboard i bought the tablet hated it got this and love it battery last forever just all around good

Works great, battery is like new lasts for more than a day after continuous use, no cosmetic damage anywhere even though we bought it used.
