Box was opened before I got it, dervice was even turned on when I opened the laptop at 8% battery, and sadly it was unusuable. Stuck on a factory test screen that it says failed the tests. Its supposed to be brand new. Called customer support. Couldnt help me, so 2 hours after getting it and unable to use my laptop, I went to a computer fix place, and they were baffled, told me to return it.

I have been using it for a few months now and its very great start up time in just a few seconds. In sleep mode its just 1 sec! Its definitely worth the money

Too much to do when it doesn’t respond.....run the diagnostics, clear the cache, don’t boot up the computer before your hotspot....like it’s an outdated model...I’m using this computer to buy another computer worst $300 I ever spent...

Machine ok but I seem to have to refresh, restart almost daily to get it to run adequately.

I got this Chromebook for my daughter so she can do remote learning and was an early Christmas gift. I am happy to report everything is working great, smooth, easy to use, and is comfortable. This is highly recommended for remote learning or any kind of entertainment.

2021 Newest Lenovo Flex is not newest. I arrived with no English language instructions for set up. The serial number shows that it is two years old. It is out of warranty. Please provide the correct Chromebook immediately.

It was the small for me, and ran too slow for my needs.

Was able to bring over all Google Chrome info and get the kids going in less than an hour! Fast, durable, kids are very happy with being able to run Roblox!
