I got this laptop Wednesday and set it up for my oldest daughter for her school work. Ran the task manager and the ram memory information claims it has 2 slots with one being used. I opened up the case to see if it had slots at all and nope no slots not upgradable for the memory is soldered in and youre stuck with 4gig of memory. Which the information said runs apps and programs smoothly?? Come on folks everyone knows 4 gig of memory and windows operating system what ever version it is DOES NOT MIX well. We all know that 8 gig and higher runs windows smoothly. Because I was installing some programs about 4 at a time just to see if the computer did what was mentioned on th details. NOPE running 4 programs at 4 gig slowed it down to a snails pace. This computer is a piece of trash. Im returning it and will put in the extra money for a better computer

Operates very difficult to use compared to my old pc. I still have trouble using it. I would never buy another one.

I purchased this laptop to use for online college classes. It meets all the requirements for the classes and more. Large screen, lightweight, fast and very affordable. I highly recommend this computer.

For my needs, Im very pleased. Computer operates without any issues. Highly recommend.

It takes about 2 mins just to open up Google Chrome. The camera quality is grainy. The top row of backlit keys is bright and distracting.

The laptop worked fine and was competively priced, as good or better than purchasing locally.

Best machine I’ve ever bought and by far the cheapest. Win-Win. My computing needs are modest but they always have been so the “best machine” statement stands.

easy to use and start up

My 5 year old laptop (another brand) used for retired home use experienced a HD crash and I needed a Fast replacement. I had a couple vintage ASUS netbooks running windows 7 that were still functioning so I decided to return to ASUS again. The price, software bundle and features were what I was looking for and delivery, registration and setup were fast and easy. The extended protection plans were a plus.

This laptop is great for its price. It is not slow at all and does exactly what I need it to do regardless of how many tabs are open. It is lightweight so you can carry it when you do your daily routines and it is quite slick and nice.
