This laptop is slow. I expected that from the specs. I didn’t need it to do anything more than some extremely basic word processing, so I wasn’t worried about that

I have a 256 GB storage model but it has only 58 GB

Worst seller ever. I sent an inquiry from Sepetember and its now December and the seller has not responded. The manufacturer tried helping but its not working out. This laptop is not staying connected to my wifi and I am not unable to use it to work from home. WORST SELLER AND LAPTOP EVER. DONOT BUY

This is a great laptop for college or just for travel.

Very nice computer. Light weight, beautiful finish, great graphics. Hard for me to tell, it is perhaps not quite as fast as a high-end machine, but fast enough for me. I love the lighted keypad; I use it in my easy chair in front of the TV where the lighting is low.

My first laptop. Works really well. Im not very pc savvy but with my daughters help, Im figuring it out. ASUS may give me an extended warranty for this review.

Ive had an Acer laptop for 6 years that I bought for around the same price but wanted to get a new one that traveled better and had better processing.

Cant get it to start. I get all the way to Microsoft set and I click next and a blue screen pops up and then this piece of CRAP GOES DEAD!

Ideal for basic laptop needs.

I dont stream tv or game so for browsing web its a good laptop. It does slow down a lot when the antivirus that comes pre-installed runs, so maybe another antivirus might help that.
