My first laptop. Works really well. Im not very pc savvy but with my daughters help, Im figuring it out. ASUS may give me an extended warranty for this review.

Cant get it to start. I get all the way to Microsoft set and I click next and a blue screen pops up and then this piece of CRAP GOES DEAD!

This product slow.

This is the Best Buy in a lightweight computer ever ! I use this in my travels as it is so thin and light, I hardly know it’s in my briefcase. I highly recommend !

This is a decent laptop. Use it for work and when having multiple screens/tabs open it’s slow. Other than that happy with it.

Very very slow computer speed like snails.

Use this for work- pretty much an internet and word machine. Does the job very well.

When trying to boot up and run applications on this thing it takes minutes to process. I couldnt even open up Microsoft edge unless I waited 10 minutes for the CPU to stabilize. Horrible product.
