The 1st one I ordered came new out of the box. The battery now wont hold a charge after not even having it a month. I asked for a replacement the took weeks to get to me and they send me a used one with a remote. Im not a very happy person. I loves it when it was working. I wanted a replacement that is NEW not USED. Can you see the water droplets inside? Also, I ordered black not pink

Mister doesn’t always work … otherwise not a bad buy

My family and I went camping so I decided to buy this fan to keep my infant and I fresh. It was perfect! The fan is not too noisy and the mist is refreshing. As far as the battery life goes, I didn’t need to recharge or replace the battery at all. I used it for 3 days straight. Would definitely recommend.

Fan action works great. The mist takes a while to start but works eventually. Also the water leaks out everywhere even when upright and not using the mist feature.

Bought 2 . One worked great, the other didn’t mist at all. They only lasted probably 1 hr of fan time before dying (full battery charge ) . When it blows it feels great but other then that I’m disappointed.

I use it 1-2 times a week. Ordered June 13, stopped working Aug 4 (hottest day of the year, of course).

I love how this fan has 3 speeds. The mister didn’t work for the first 10 mins and then randomly starting misting when I thought it was off…. Can’t even feel the water coming out. I turned the fan and mister off and left it on my counter for 20 ish minutes and all the water was leaking out and I had it set upright with its legs propped open. Also looks like it may have been used? Some weird green discoloration in the legs.

After just over a month, right when return window closed, the charger stopped charging it! Also, the mister worked off and on.. it was never consistent. Super bummed.

Would never charge very disappointed customer dont buy people a RIP off
