These ink cartridges were great at first, and the print quality was good. However, when we purchased them a second time we had some issues with our printer accepting them and had to replace all of the cartridges in order for the printer to work. Also, within the last week the magenta cartridge has started printing red splotches on all of our papers. I have to regularly remove the cartridge and clean it off to fix it. Overall, good value and decent quality, but some issues with installation.

This product had been helpful if places around me dont have the printer ink.

Had some initial compatability issues, but this company worked hard to make it right. My replacement cartridgres arrived and have been working perfectly. Its great when things go without a hitch, but good customer service departments who will stand by their products are not always easy to find!

We were skeptical at first due to the negative comments but we decided to take a chance based upon the guarantee as well as the high expense of the other toners.
