Excellent luggage dust cover. The plastic is very thick and the hook and loop fasters are very secure.

I have a 28 soft sided luggage piece and this fit over it perfectly. I will be traveling to a tropical climate and I was concerned about the rain on my soft luggage and this is a great solution. It was easy to put on and the velcro on the bottom holds tightly. I would recommend this product.

I misunderstood the measurement instructions and ordered a 30 inch cover for my 28 inch bag. (The 30 inches includes the wheel height.) Used on a 28 inch case, the PVC touches the ground very slightly and the Velcro closure at the bottom is secure but not quite as snug as desired - a very loose fit. This bottom closure also prevents the use of a bottom hand-grab. The cover has a largish opening for a side handle, however, if there isnt a side handle on a case thats an area that would allow water to touch the bag. Additionally, when the top handle is not in use there is no way to cover its opening to prevent rain water from touching the suitcase. The cover itself is as expected and was easy to slide on and secure. The cover weighs 1 pound 3.5 ounces which is a consideration if there is a suitcase weight limit. It folds to a measure of: L 11.5 x W 9.5 x D 1.5 inches - for storage. It does have a PVC plastic smell. It is made in China.

Gets the job done! The shape is better suited for squarer 29 luggages; mine has more rounded corners so theres a bit more extra space around the corners but its good quality and serves its purpose.
