22 Lightweight Carry On Rolling Duffel Bag, Black, One Size

Wont travel with this bag until April, but I have tried packing it to compare it to the Rick Steves carry-on I just got. I had ordered the Rick Steves bag thinking I was getting a bag exactly like the one I needed to replace after some years of regular use. However, the new Rick Steves bag is smaller than my old one. It was downsized to meet the more restrictive current European air carrier standards. I plan to use the Fila bag for domestic trips where I need a little more capacity. Looks like it should do the job.

This little suitcase was great for traveling. We went to europe and had no issues with the airlines.

I bought this march of last year for traveling and its withstood 3 trips to Korea (2x1week, 1x3months) and a 6week trip to Maryland. 11 flights total. Its pretty manageable to live out of for the experienced traveler- new travelers may find it on the small side.

I have used on two trips. Holding up so far. Holds quite a bit for the size. The four pockets are handy. Fits in overhead storage just fine.

It has a lot of space and side pockets.

Held up great on the cobblestone streets of Amsterdam. With the wide opening I was able to fit everything I needed for international travel into the one bag. Highly recommend

The handle is too short. You have to crouch down to use the pull out roller handle function. Not useful as a roller bag.

I purchased two of these for a trip that included a flight on a small private plane. We were requested to pack soft duffel bag luggage and I didn’t want to check bags on our commercial flight. So I looked for duffel bags with wheels to make getting through the airport easier. These were perfect. They held a lot and we were able to use them as carry ons. They aren’t the greatest quality and I don’t expect to have them stand up to frequent travel but for the price they totally worked for this trip.
