This opens like a standard umbrella by pressing down on a lever. But this umbrellas lever is covered by a 2 inch piece of plastic which doesnt usually line up with the lever. I have to fuss and fuss with it to finally get it open. It can take 30 seconds fussing to get it open which is very annoying. If I had been able to try this out in a store, I never would have bought it for $26. I now regret throwing out the box and not returning as soon as I discovered this defect. Its very pretty but that doesnt make up for it.

Beautiful but ours broke after only a couple of rains. I do not recommend this umbrella.

Great umbrella, get lots of compliments on it, but gets 4 out of 5 because the wrist strap broke immediately. Would buy again

This umbrella is amazing! First, its gorgeous! The colors are bright and vibrant and beautiful, but the greatest thing is that its freaky strong! I walked around with it all day in really strong blowing wind and it wasnt phased one bit. There were 30 mph gusts that caused me to hold onto this umbrella with both hands and it never even tried to invert. First umbrella Ive ever had that was that strong! Plus I got many many nice compliments:)

Got this for my seven-year-old and she loves it so do I. Plan on taking this with us to pride this year. The only thing is it’s hard for her to close it.

So, I purchased this beautiful umbrella last year and have never used it until today. First, I could not open it due to the open button being too close to the handle, second, when I finally got it open, I could not close the umbrella. As of right now, it is sitting in my dining room open. Soo frustrating! I paid $23.00 for nothing. How do I get a new one? How do I contact the seller? Someone please help.

If you want ALL the colors, this umbrella is for you. I find myself hoping for rain just so I can whip this stunning umbrella out and pop it open!
