Its not clear plexiglass. Its opaque friggin garbage. Will return immediately. Looks like a sliding shower door covered in fog and mildew

You can barely tell there is plexiglass installed on my front gate… it was very easy to drill through without breaking or damaging the plexiglass. Very satisfied with this purchase!

It literally broke when I picked it up

This is NOT clear!! It is frosted white and not at all what I was expecting or needed. Very disappointed!

First off, yes, this is clear sheeting. The frosted appearance is from the protective film. Its extremely thin and very tight to the edges from being cut, so its tough to get a corner started (I had to use a razor blade). However, the lack of clarity is indeed the protective film. I can see how people are getting broken sheets. The packaging is plenty thick and solid from the front/back and top/bottom edges, but the sides are wide open and *just* wider than the entire panel. One good whack from either side, and itll get cracked. Mine came in fine, but its easy to understand why others arent. Good panels. Will make for a good enclosure once I get the frame finished.

Both of them came broke

Ordered the 2 pack of 24 by 36 inch sheets for Covid-19 spit guards for my daughter who teaches/works with handicapped/disabled elementary school children. Plan is/was to cut these in half and build 4 shields 18 by 24 inch to be velcro-ed (or similar) on a table to help separate the children in her school room. Encountered a couple issues which will require a bit of re-engineering of the build. First shipping was a bit lacking; while the sheets are flexible enough to handle bumping on their flat sides the edges are more prone to damage. One of the corners was hit rather hard and chipped the acrylic sheet about a quarter inch in. Second, the sheets are cut undersized in both dimensions; one almost 3/8ths of an inch, the other nearly a 1/2 inch. Other than those 2 problems the sheets look to be all right. I have not and will not pull the film back until the build process is nearly complete but the film does not have or show any tears or scratches.
