They have a thin coat of grease on them when they arrive but if they didn’t they would probably rust so good for them for keeping it like that. Other than that I am just using them as weights and to kiddos some basic physics and they work great for that.

They were listed as stainless steel when I bought them. Needed them stainless for a consistent wet application. First one used rusted overnight. They are properly listed now but I dont like being deceived.
