I use this to tie garlands and add balloons to them they work perfectly

Used for a balloon arch. Tied all my ballons together with these. They streched great! Also used some blown up and they were nice.

Very easy to use and super stretchy. Had no problems putting up a garland with these.

This is how my balloons came, with the package already opened. I did not expect that out of Qualatex.
