This bag is much larger than it appears. It held up well for me on a recent trip. It is very durable and looks goods. I wish there were more interior pockets to organize this though.

The quality and price of this bag far exceeded my expectations.

This has been my son’s book bag for three years. It’s still waterproof and he has a 2 mile walk every day. It usually weighs about 60 lbs and has pokey things in it. It has survived longer than I thought possible.

Loved the look and the price of this leather bag. I had no idea that like camel, goat leather has a distinctive and unpleasant smell. Really bad smell. The thought of my son wearing clothes that would have smelled of this bag made me think of sending it back. I had a 4 days to try and get rid of the smell before I gave it to my son for Christmas. I sprayed the inside with Febreze several time and placed the open bag in front of a strong fan. My entire downstairs reeked. But eventually the smell dissipated. I moved the bag several times a day to let the fan hit every part of the bag and was heavy handed with the Febreze. As he opened the gift I casually mentioned the different smell and he thought it was fine. He used the bag to travel the next day and thought it was great.

I like this bag a lot! I’m not sure when I’ll use it, but when I do, I’m sure it will be noticed by other travelers. It’s heavy, durable and very classy. I’m glad I made this purchase.

In general, a good bag, but the zippers need some work.

Doug is a great value. Spreads out nice and can hold all I need. Looks good. Much cheaper than cowhide and much better in my opinion
