> 3 dayFrom the customers point of view, regardless of the quality, the service is worth five stars, but the customer service actively helped me after my parcel was lost. After I waited for a few days to confirm the loss, I re-sent me a new one. The quality is considered good , Is also in line with my expectations, and the follow-up customer service is also very caring. I am very grateful for this.

> 3 daySo much for anti scratch. Huge gouges after 1 short trip, and scratches all over. The retractable handles are hard to pull out as well. Still debating on if it’s worth returning or just deal with it because it was nice luggage otherwise.

> 3 dayThe luggage is advertised as scratch proof. Before we could even get it out of our house, our dog jumped up on it and easily scratched it. Very Disappointed.

> 3 dayI tried to set the pass code, and the reset button clicked down fine, but it wont click back up after pushing button A toward the arrow. Now any combination springs the lock, which is better than it never opening, I guess, but still not great.

> 3 dayOrdered this beautiful white luggage set and I wanted it to stay beautiful so I ordered protective covers for it. The Ginza seller helped me find the right size. An example is the 26 inch needed a 30 inch cover. He always answered my questions immediately. There are a lot of choices out there but, since I haven’t used them yet, it’s hard to comment on durability but I gave it five stars anyway!

> 3 dayThe look and maneuverability are good enough, but the flexibility of placing things inside is not that great. The zippers donor close on the inside even if it’s slightly over. Other bags are more flexible. Most times I would have to leave the inner zipper unzipped.

> 3 dayI love everything about these suitcases so far! First, you can’t beat the price. I’ve been looking for luggage, and even at Marshall’s it TJ maxx, a suit case is around $100. You get 3 different sizes for $70-$90 more. They all have TSA approved locks, which I love. And I LOVE that they all fit inside of each other, which is a big bonus for storing and not taking up room! They are super light weight and have a very smooth glide to them, too. 100% I would recommend!

> 3 dayBought for trip. Super light weight and I was able to fit so much into them and I was still way under the weight limitations for my airline. There were no other passengers with the same colour of luggage so I was able to easily find them at baggage claim. I still need to try out the luggage lock feature but the instructions seem simple enough.
