Got 2. Both stopped working after about 3 weeks of use.

Definitely saved the computer from being toppled over from our 2 yr old pulling on the guitar hero!

Everytime I booted up the PC, the controller would not work until I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Fortunately I found the original cable that came with the controller and that problem stopped.
