I ordered a set of these for my 3 inch polisher and the are working great. have been using them for more padding on my polisher for wet sanding and they work great

These are replacement hook n loop foam pads that work with a 3” mandrel sander. They stick well with hook on one side and loop on the other. Sanding disks fit well.

These pads provide plenty of padding to help with contoured areas where a flat attachment would take a longer time to work on. One thing to be aware of is when remove this, make sure the velcro is pulled on instead of the foam. One pad I pulled a bit too hard on the foam and it separated from the velcro part a bit. I was lucky enough to be able to stick it back.

Used daily for automotive headlight lens sanding. Best if not removed and replaced on to hook & loop backing plate repetitively or they will come apart prematurely. Will last longer when dry sanding and compress sooner if used wet. Overall a really good interface pad much more reasonably priced than others on the market which do not last any longer. Will buy again.

Cost was reasonable

I had a job to do and was waiting for there arrival. I bought them for my woodworking, but I found that they worked great for cleaning up a dutch oven after overcooking beans. The flexibility of the heads let me clean up the edges as well as the sides.
