Dialed in my old pinball dolly with new casters, have to say was a huge upgrade since these actually have ball bearings this glides great, my old wheels where blown out.

The set of casters mentioned in my original review below was the third set from this seller. The other two sets of the same casters that I bought from this seller were all fine. So, with all things taken into consideration, changing my review to a 4-star. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mounting plate came crooked out of the box. The bolts were just long enough for my project. The badly crooked mounting plate made it impossible for the nut to thread onto one of the bolts. I would’ve returned this, but I needed to finish my project without a delay, so I ended up spending ~30 mins to straighten up the mounting plate to make it work.

They worked on may QSC Subwoofer.

These are awesome and made a very happy customer for us! We purchased these caster wheels for a custom kitchen island with storage and seating that the customer wanted to be able to have seating side against the wall when it wasnt needed and easily moved to allow the seats to be used. As well, she wanted the island to effortlessly be pulled over to the other side of the kitchen to be additional prep surface for large meals such as Thanksgiving. Customer is in her 70s and therefore we needed this to have high quality wheels to allow her to move it easily by herself if she wanted. These are smooth rolling and very quiet. She is able to move this anywhere she wants with no assistance. She makes everyone who comes to her house experience how easily her island moves around when the wheels are unlocked. :)

The whole assembly from mount plate to bottom of wheel is almost 3. However standard caster wheels are measured by wheel diameter, so I assumed that the wheels would be 3 diameter, they are 1.5 diameter.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as listed.

Easy to install and very durable. Unfortunately the locking mechanism is out of tolerance on 2 of my 4. The casters wont swivel while unlocked. Ill have to wear it down considerably before it will work properly. Good news is, these are double locking, so the wheel stops turning and the caster stop rotating which is necessary for a workbench.

Just installed these on a heavy china hutch I am re-doing. Lifesaver in making the unit mobile!

If you need a set of four 3-inch wheels where two lock and two dont, at a bargain price of $23.49 ($5.87 each), then these are for you. If you need the highest quality, will be rolling heavy loads on the casters over long distances, or just want the best, youll need to spend more and look elsewhere. Overall, these are good for infrequently moved items, but the metal is thin, the locks weak, and the wheel rubber looks like it wont last.
